About Audrey
Hi! I’m Audrey and I help women create a home environment that feels joyful and calming to spend time in. I’ve always been a person who is very sensitive to my environment. I came to learn that our stuff has energy that takes up room, not only in our physical space but also in our minds and bodies. By removing the excess, we actually create more expansion in our lives.
My experience as a certified health coach taught me so much about what women grapple with. We feel like we should be able to handle it all but get overwhelmed by where to begin. Organizing and maintaining our homes is no exception.
My Mission
My mission is to help busy women get out of overwhelm and create functional, elevated, and easy-to-manage space. By creating a space that feels amazing, you can make room for what’s truly important in life.
